Processing Time

Each item is made to order, and we take pride in crafting unique, personalized pieces. Our standard processing time is typically 4 - 6 business days, though it may vary based on order volume and customization level. During peak seasons, such as holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping - CANADA

Standard: 2-8 business days

Express: 2 - 4 business days

Shipping - USA

Standard Tracked Shipping: 4 - 8 business days

Express: 2-4 business days

 

Customs & Import Tax

For orders shipped outside of Canada, customs fees or import taxes may apply, depending on the destination country. Any additional charges are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for details on fees and regulations before placing an order.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been shipped, Bespoke Boulevard is not responsible for lost or delayed packages. Please reach out directly to the shipping carrier for assistance with tracking and delivery inquiries. If an issue arises, we are happy to assist in resolving it to the best of our ability.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please email us at shopbespokeboulevard@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the damage. We will evaluate each case individually and work with you to determine the best solution, including a replacement or refund where applicable.
